valstybės garantuojama garantijų institucija statusas Aprobuotas sritis Finansai apibrėžtis Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybės įsteigtas juridinis asmuo, kuris garantijų institucijos garantijos gavėjams užtikrina garantijų institucijos garantuojamiems skolininkams teikiamų paskolų (investicijoms finansuoti ir apyvartinėms lėšoms papildyti) grąžinimą, faktoringo sutartyje nustatyto piniginio reikalavimo dalinį arba visišką apmokėjimą, naujos (nenaudotos) gamybinės įrangos ir (arba) naujų (nenaudotų) įrenginių finansinės nuomos (lizingo) sutartyse nustatytos kainos ar jos dalies sumokėjimą ir kurio įsipareigojimų grąžinti visą skolą arba jos dalį ir už grąžinamą skolą ar jos dalį sumokėti palūkanas įvykdymą garantuoja valstybė. atitikmenys: angl. guarantee institution guaranteed by the State šaltinis Lietuvos Respublikos valstybės skolos įstatymo Nr.
